Mary's Child is guided by compassion and a deep sense of community. We offer practical help, emotional support, and hope to those facing difficult times. 

Together, we bring light to lives – one heart at a time. We respond to needs identified by the local community, council, statutory agencies, community groups, and individuals themselves. 

Our support includes support such as emergency food, toiletries, and essential items and pastoral care. ​We are committed to collaboration, working closely with other organisations to provide longer-term solutions, signposting where necessary to ensure ongoing support. In certain situations, we can also offer legal advice and advocacy to help individuals navigate complex challenges.

We also have the privilege of running 2 Café’s: The Community Café in Stanground and the Mary’s Child Café at The Goldhay Centre both offering a warm, safe space for social connection and hot, homecooked food each week.
